Start your Sunday right with energising yoga guided by Molly Jayne Yoga in Queens Park. Our yoga practise will weave pranyama (breathwork), meditation and asana (postures) throughout a nourishing 60-minute flow designed to help you reset for the week ahead.
This event is designed for all experience levels — whether you’re completely new to yoga or a regular yogi.
After class, we’ll take a wee stroll over to the newly opened viral spot Morning Rush, where everyone will receive a complimentary specialty coffee. Stay, chat, and connect with the community afterwards — come solo or with pals!
The morning includes:
- 60-minute guided yoga flow
- 1 speciality drink token for Morning Rush
- Social networking/community time
Please bring:
- Yoga mat (BYOM)
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothing/ Layers (it's Scotland - even in July!)
Good to know:
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled
- Exact meeting point will be shared after booking
- Spaces are limited to keep the session intimate and relaxed
- In the case of heavy rain, attendees will be contacted with an alternative plan/update - we do plan to go ahead unless serious downpour (which is very possible hehe!)
